The PyroGuard Interface Device allows for external devices such as smoke detectors, thermal couples and plug detectors to interface with all PyroGuard Control Consoles.
Any device with a normally closed or normally open contact can be connected to the PyroGuard System with the PyroGuard - ID. A switch of states on the contact causes an alarm condition at the Control console allowing for event logging and control of other types of equipment through alarm relay outputs.
The PyroGuard ID has line monitoring from the PyroGuard console of the external devices connected. This allows for full wire monitoring (shorts/opens) from the external device to the control console.
